Refunds
General Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of all limited edition photographic prints, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted once production has commenced.
Each work is produced, signed, and prepared specifically in response to your order. We ask that you review edition details, sizing, and framing options carefully before completing a purchase.
Exceptions
A replacement or refund may be offered in the following circumstances:
The print arrives visibly damaged in transit
The package is confirmed lost by the courier
A manufacturing defect is present on the printed work
An incorrect item has been dispatched
To be considered for a resolution, customers must contact the studio within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Resolution
Where a claim is approved, we will arrange one of the following:
A replacement print dispatched at no additional cost
A full or partial refund, at our discretion, in exceptional circumstances
We will always aim to resolve issues with care and without unnecessary delay.
Variations
Limited edition photographic prints are produced through a physical process involving paper, ink, and ambient conditions. Minor variations in tonal rendition, surface texture, framing material finish, or perceived colour temperature are inherent to this process.
Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or replacement under this policy.
