Intellectual Property

All photographic works, images, text, and visual content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Antonis Hadjigeorgiou and are protected by applicable copyright law.

No image, photograph, or any portion of this website may be reproduced, distributed, published, downloaded, displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written permission from the artist.

The purchase of a physical print does not transfer any intellectual property rights. The work remains the property of the artist in all forms except the physical object sold.

Limited Edition Authenticity

Each limited edition print is individually numbered and signed by the artist. Edition sizes are fixed and will not be exceeded. Certificates or documentation of authenticity accompany works where specified.

Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Euros and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of checkout is the price at which the order is processed.

Order Acceptance

The studio reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailability, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, any payment received will be returned in full.

Shipping & Liability

The studio takes reasonable care in packaging all works for transit. Once a parcel has been accepted by the courier, liability for loss or damage rests with the courier. We will assist in any reasonable claim resolution but cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers.

Delivery Address

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of checkout. The studio cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Handmade & Framed Variations

All prints are produced through a physical photographic process. Framed works are assembled by hand. Minor variations in finish, tone, or framing materials between orders are inherent to this process and are not considered defects.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
