For the last 3 years, working between shifts in this very busy restaurant Bottega Amaro, I have been documenting reality when it comes to the life of a restaurant and the people making it happen. Moments between waiting for the rush to begin or taking a break having a cigarette I try to show the side of hospitality behind closed doors.
